Laura Pearson

Laura was born in Methodist Hospital, Dallas on March 10, 1992. She is a
graduate of the Canterbury Episcopal School in DeSoto, Texas. While active at
school, Laura served as Treasurer of National Honor Society, President of the Art
Club, worked with the Student Association, and was a member of the Yearbook
staff. She has been accepted into the University of Texas at San Antonio and
plans on attending school there in the Fall of 2011.
Laura was initiated into Elmwood Assembly on September 11, 2004. In October
of 2005 she demitted to Alvarado Assembly. She has served Alvarado by
holding many offices and duties. Laura was installed as Worthy Advisor in July
of 2006.
Laura received her first Grand Appointment as Grand Drill Leader in 2007. It was
in 2008 that she received the honor of the Grand Cross of Color and that same
year she was elected to the station of Grand Faith. At Grand Assembly 2009 she
was honored to be elected by her sisters to Grand Worthy Associate Advisor. At
the Grand Assembly session in Wichita Falls in 2010 Laura was installed as the
Grand Worthy Advisor of the Grand Assembly of Texas, International Order of
the Rainbow for Girls.
Laura is looking forward to the year ahead as the girls of Texas enjoy Rainbow,
make new friends, and begin to make many Sweet Memories that will be
treasured for years to come!
