Grand Officer Reporting

All Grand Officers submit their monthly reports electronically using Google Forms.  The reporting tool is always available, but each month's activity is due by midnight on the last day of each month.

The reporting chairman is Mrs. Martha Bettis, but please be aware that Mrs. Angela Seymour, Supreme Deputy, will actively review your reports.

What should I report?

Grand Officers are expected to attend a minimum of three meetings each month and report on those meetings, as well as other “non-meeting” events attended.  Examples of each reporting category are as follows:

Rainbow Meeting - Assembly or joint meetings which are opened and closed ritualistically.  Includes Rainbow Universities, Grand Assembly and Mid-Year Meeting.

Other Rainbow Event - Fundraisers, fun events, practices

Sponsoring Order Event - Installations or programs performed at meetings/events of our sponsoring orders, such as the
Masonic Lodge or Order of the Eastern Star.  Please note that DeMolay is not a sponsoring order, and attendance at a DeMolay function would not be reported here.

Service Hours - This category is for service performed – for Rainbow, school, church or any other organization.

In addition to reporting attendance at the above events, Grand Representatives are expected to communicate with their counterparts and report the details of the contact.

How do I report?
You will submit your events via Google Forms.  On a computer or in the web browser of your mobile device, navigate to the Grand Officer Reporting page of TxIORG.org.  Click on the link to report your activities.

Reporting Link

Complete the information requested.  It is important that you enter your name and email consistently each time.  You will also be required to enter your “reporting identifier,”  which will be supplied by your chairman.

Your report is due by midnight on the last day of each month.  To make it easier to report, enter your event information as you go.

You are also required to provide a summary of your activities to your Mother Advisor.  The spreadsheet below can be used to fulfill this requirement.

As always, please contact the adult for your Grand Officer group with questions related to your appointment, and contact Mrs. Martha Bettis with questions related to the reporting tool.
