Inspire Others by Reaching Goals (I.O.R.G.)
26-28 IORG Supreme Incentive Programs
From Aug. 1, 2026, through May 31, 2028, every Rainbow Girl and adult worker will have the
opportunity to Inspire Others by Reaching Goals [I.O.R.G.] through ritual exploration,
membership growth, sharing the organization, and service activities.
Explore I.O.R.G. – earn lighthouse tac pins by doing TWO of the following:

Explore 1: Recite Chaplain’s Prayers from Opening, Initiation, and Closing without prompting.

Explore 2: Prepare and give a three-minute speech on the meaning of Hope from the Opening, Initiation, and Closing of our Ritual.

Explore 3: Prepare and give a three-minute speech on the meaning of the Worthy Associate Advisor’s initiation from our Ritual.

Explore 4: Prepare and give a three-minute speech on the importance of our Obligation.
Grow I.O.R.G. – earn anchor tac pins by doing TWO of the following:

Grow 1: Bring in a new member. Grow 2: Bring in a new Pledge Girl.

Grow 3: Be responsible for bringing a member who has stepped away from the Order back to meetings.
Share I.O.R.G. – earn heart tac pins by doing TWO of the following:
-
Share 1: Prepare and give a three-minute presentation about I.O.R.G to an organization outside the Masonic Family (sports teams, clubs, etc.). Have a photo made.

Share 2: Prepare and give a three-minute presentation about I.O.R.G. to TWO Masonic organizations. Have photos made.

Share 3: Participate as I.O.R.G. in a presentation for a Masonic organization. Have a photo made.

Share 4: Have an I.O.R.G. booth at a school open house, community festival, or other event. Give out brochures or palm cards about I.O.R.G with contact information. Have a photo made.

Share 5: Purchase the I.O.R.G. T-shirt and wear it to public events at least five times. Take selfies each time with a different person or in front of a different building.
Be I.O.R.G. – earn each color button by completing 25 service hours by ANY of the following:

Assembly or Jurisdictional service project

Service for Sponsoring Orders – serving a meal, cleaning the building, assisting in their fundraisers, working as pages or ushers for events, helping with family day events, etc.

Individual Service (unpaid and not for family members) – working in a food bank, cleaning a beach or park, tutoring or assisting staff in a school, assisting in a nursing facility, helping with small children, keeping the nursery during worship services, assisting with fund-raisers for local charities, helping with events at children’s homes, etc. (Check out Service BINGO.)
Upon earning the first award, an I.O.R.G. lanyard will be provided. Buttons and pins can be
attached to the lanyard. Be prepared with your “Rainbow Story” because someone is sure to ask about
the lanyard and pins. Then you will have the opportunity to invite them or someone they know to be
a part of your Rainbow culture. The incentive program is free for Rainbow Girls. Adult workers pay
a $7 program fee.
Pledge Incentive Program
From Aug. 1, 2026, through May 31, 2028, every Rainbow Pledge and Pledge adult worker will have the opportunity to participate in their own incentive program. Buttons representing Happiness, Kindness, Confidence, and Pledge Flower can be earned with 10 service hours each. Upon earning the first award, a Pledge lanyard will be provided.

Riding the Rainbow Rails
June 22, 2026 – June 1, 2027
Girls can earn points in three categories, each requiring 50 points to complete. Completing a category earns a prize, and activities may be repeated for unlimited points.
Category 1: New Members

Be first line signer on one application — 15 points

Be second line signer on two applications — 20 points

Plan and host one prospect party — 10 points

Bring two friends to a prospect party, fun event, or service project — 5 points
-
Assist in an initiation for another assembly — 15 points
Category 2: Active Members

Attend two non‑home assemblies — 20 points

Plan and host an assembly or area fundraiser — 10 points

Plan and host an assembly or area fun event — 10 points
-
Present any lecture to a board member from memory — 15 points
Category 3: Service Work

Complete five hours of service (State Service Project hours may be included) — 15 points

Plan and host an assembly service project — 10 points
